KMM is dedicated to helping individuals achieve their fitness & nutrition goals! Strategic nutrition plans are designed and
implemented by a Professional Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN)for individuals who want to optimize health and improve their athletic performance in every day living.
Nutrition counseling & education is used to promote short & long- term goal success and improve energy, wt loss efforts & maintenance, athletic performance and overall well being. Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) is incorporated as well, to help manage or treat existing medical conditions
(including but not limited to diabetes, hypertension, heart disease, gastrointestinal disturbances, and obesity).
Programs are offered in monthly, 3 and 6 month subscriptions that include:
A 45 minute initial assessment
A diet analysis report
A comprehensive meal plan
Remote weekly check ins (10 minutes) to go over meal planning techniques, discuss progress, review action plan and fitness strategies, and create new goals as necessary
*Add ons may be purchased based on individualized need
